Hi All,
I have a query regarding leaves. My company is calculating salary based on working days that is 20. If they calculate like this LOP per day will be very high. Before they used to calculate salary based on calendar days but if person takes leave on friday and monday they used to deduct four days salary. Is this correct method to calculate salary.

Hi Praveen,
It depends on the company policy.. so many companies have adopted the same policy.. that if somebody ask for a leave on any of the weekend and after that ask for a leave at a stretch on the 1st day of the coming week... then they do mark it either absent or ask to get an approval of all these 4 days leave at a stretch..
So better go through your company leave policy..
