Friends, This is Raghav, recently i have joined in Pharma Industry as Executive - HR. I am not able to get minimum wages in pharma industry. Plz help in this issue.

Please note that for Pharma Idustry there is no Minimum Wages not yet completed. For other industry its there. Forthcoming year the GO going to pass for Pharma INdustry , So u can opt any one which is favourable for management.

Dear Mr Raghav
Pharma is a scheduled industry.
There is a GO already. Consumer Price Index Numbers will be changed for every six months i.e. Apr and Sep. However it will be notified after two months. The Cost of Living Allowance is to be added to the Basic Wages as notified in the GO. Cost of Living Allowance will be arrived at based on the increase of CPI numbers.
Now, the minimum wages for an Office Boy is Rs.3244/- for 26 days.
