I Wanted To Send Email To All My Employees On Holiday Cancellation, As We Have Mentioned Our Holiday List That The Holiday For "ID" On 06 July 2016 Which We Wanted To Cancel As It Is On 7th July 2016 Thursday. Please Help Me To Write Proper Way This In Mail Body And Its Very Urgent.

6th July, 2016
Our factory will remain closed on 7th July 2016 instead of 6th July 2016 on account of ‘EID’.
The Management wishes to all our employees that, the "EID" brings good luck, Prosperity and joyous fills days ahead with happiness
The Factory will be reopened on Friday, i.e. 8th July, 2016
All are requested to follow the shift list from Production Department accordingly.
All are requested to co operate.
