Hey Anand, Hope this is a policy from West. We are offering paternity leave of 4 days. It can be utilized only for 2 children. You can discuss this with your management and frame a policy.

Dear Aagam Anand,
Which sector are you in? If you are considering to benchmark the Paternity leaves offered at MNCs, it would be same in every city they have their offices.
Ideally data at the top few firms are openly available if you google. Infact firms are revamping the parental support largely. Why don't you consider something of that sort? Try designing a leave that support both the delivery of the tasks at work and the employees.
Please share if you have an outline in mind. We can help you refine it.

We provide 3 days paid paternity leaves rights to employees who become a father.
Leave can only start from the actual date of birth of the baby.
However, to avail of the leave, the employee must inform Human Resources that he plans to take paternity leave and should disclose the expected date of deliver.
