Hi Everyone, The question I have is regarding punctuality. In our company, we do keep track of the in-time & out-time of each employee through e-attendance but if the employee is late for many days, how can we inform them about it & how will it effect them ? Also what is the best time period of informing about them or Head of Department? a week? daily ? monthly? Kindly provide me some suggestions. Thank you in advance.

Give weekly reports to HOD and daily reports of latecomers to immediate manager/supervisor.
Use machine to generate statistics about reporting.
Make it a kind of MIS for use of management.
After punctuality is hall mark of a disciplined employee.

Dear Sybilla,
Its best that you share weekly report to HOD's highlighting the late comers.
Also for few Months keep Department wise session to discuss the problems related to Late coming and other issues.
