Hi,
I have worked for top mnc's for blackened process (4 year experience). My last employment was about 1 year in the company and I had health problems and took 2 weeks leave and came back to office within 2 days and then again faced problems admitted in hospital and doctor advised me to not eat in hotels since I faced stone formation in bladder, so I decided to quit my job to take bed rest and initiated my resignation letter but my manager didn't accept my resignation she was in another state my location was in another both locations were different, even though I explained my situation but she had a doubt and asked me "did you get new job" ,in my team recently 2 seniors were resigned that was the time company recruited 3 new employees to my team since I am the senior in the team I was supposed to give training to them, keeping in this mind my manager never accepted my resignation I initiated my resignation and I requested to leave the company without working for the notice period, my manager replied please take time and think about it to withdraw the resignation, days passed they came to conclusion that I was absconded, now my health is normal and good so started to search jobs again but I don't have experience certificate even though I contacted my company they replied without working for notice period and absconded we won't provide experience certificate.
Please help me to this situation to try for another company. what can I do in this situation.
Thanks for your replies in advance.

Dear Shyam,
Your concern is genuine. While applying for any new job do not try to hide the gap in service. Show them the copy of conversation in regards to your old company and your medical treatment documents.
Any good company will understand the health issue and will consider it . Keep in mind that after a gap the salary being offered to you might be same or lower than your last one , that's the general tendency of a hiring company. Be confident while applying and look for positions that matches your past experience. Don't try anything vague just to be in service again. It will take some time but believe me there are lots of open positions available that needs to be filled with right candidate.
Do not mention anything about the reason of gap in service in your resume or cover letter. Let the company discuss it with you at the time of interview.
Cheer Up and All the Best !
