Hello Seniors,
Am working in a manufacturing company from last two years as Asst. Manager - HR & Admin. My total exp in HR field is 07 years our company deals in manufacturing & supply of Sugar machinery. There are overall 100 employees in our company in which 65 employees in factory, 25 employees in corporate office and approx 10 employees on various sites in India.
I would like to have suggestion from all respected seniors regarding How useful this app can be for employers and what are the disadvantage in using this app fro site app.

I am working as a Asst. Manager-HR with one of the leading security & facility management services provider. I would like to have suggestions for creating policies. May I know that what kind of HR policies should be in security industry as this is my first experience with security industry.
Although I have created few policies i.e- Leave Policy, Travel Policy, Mobile Policy, Staff Advance Policy.

2. Avoid administrative work of regularing onsite work timing. (Filling OD slip getting it approved etc. Delays in updates of OD slips.)
3. Computation of any allowances for field work

2. Who will borne expenses on account of Datapack activation. if min charges of datapack considered as Rs. 49/pm, then 49 * 12 months * 100 employees will be nearly Rs.60K . This will be annual expenses.
3. Finalizing mobile service which will have coverage of data connectivity at all the locations
4. Processed in case of loss / damage of smartphone
