Dear members, I work for a startup which is aided by a software company which has global presence.
I've been succumbed to bureaucracy, too much of vigilance, questioning, no trust on employees, following wherever we go in office, cutting our pay without informing employees the policies.. Open disrespect, with one word I can replace ATROCITIES.
I am from MNC background and there they trusted me and were very confident on me and I've won several accolades.
Here it's pathetic. Now, I resigned my job as I was unable to live with all these. Many resign & leave the company. The worst thing is, they take educational certificates from us before joining and they threaten us that they won't return or make us to walk up and down to collect it. I left many other opportunities for this role as I liked the product. I am now searching for job.
Jus thought of getting an idea from you all about company laws. Is this how other companies are? Pls help.

When you joined this company-did you do any background study?
How is the environment?
Why did you leave the MNC where you won many accolades?
Now as far retaining your educational certificates is concerned the start up has No Right.
You can even complain to civil police about their actions.
As far as your query about other companies-there are good companies, medium companies and worse types.
It all depends on your luck and cross checks before taking up job.
We cannot call all companies bad across the board.
Due diligence about the new employer/company is mandatory.
Look at reviews on the net to get some idea.
If it is a listed company more info is always available in public forums.
I hope your next job will be better.
