Dear, Please help to get warning letter for abusing and misusing the inbound call system to block the call as i have a buge in this matter in the system. Kindly guide me

Dear friend,
You know the facts of the case better. We are outsiders and we know nothing about your company, the persons involved in the incident and type of work activities and so on.
Do you have evidence of the misuse? Secondly, do you have SOPs of inbound call operations? If yes, how these communicated to the employees concerned?
Misuse of inbound call system is a serious misconduct therefore, it just cannot be settled with the warning letter. First issue the show cause notice, obtain statement of the employee and then issue the warning letter.

Should initiate with a corrective action plan on an immediate basis and if persists a strict action must be taken to discourage others following the same.
