Dear,
As per legal calculation it would be minimum 8.33% which is rs. 3500/- & maximum 20% which is rs. 8400/-. if you have all payable days in particular financial year. then you are eligible for mentioned amount.

Dear If you got bonus in old financial (2013-14) year even your basic salary is above 10,000/- . then you are eligible for bonus in this financial year (2014-15) as well. Thanks Sandeep
