If a Employee whose Basic+DA is 12000, but due to absent his salary comes down to 9000 for some months, So is the person eligible for bonus for low salary received in those months?

please clarify me if one employee worked 15 days and earned paid leave for 2 days. At time of calculation whether I will calculate the wages for 15 days or 15 days + paid leave 2 days = 17days. Please reply.
