Hi,
We just got the new tender in a private company in Nagpur. Labours are being paid by the old contractor which are not in minimum wages, eg. 301, 282 and 263 as per new min wages rate format of Mah. Govt from 1st July 2015. Current rate of labours is in range of 400 to 750 based upon their skills. Kindly help me with the sallary format so that labours will get paid as per the min wages, their deductions eg. PF, ESIC, professional tax can be deducted on the basis of minimum wages and the additional amount can be adjusted in other allowances.
Min Wage Details
Skilled Labour - Basic 4900.00 Special Allowance 2934.75 Sallary per month 7834.75/month (Rs 301.00/- per day)
Semiskilled Labour - Basic 4400.00 Special Allowance 2934.75 Sallary per month 7337.75/month (Rs 282.00/- per day)
unskilled Labour - Basic 3900.00 Special Allowance 2934.75 Sallary per month 6834.75/month (Rs 263.00/- per day)

Payment liabilities for skilled labours would be Basic + VDA ie 4900.00 + 2934.75 = 9,040.10
Payment liabilities for semiskilled labours would be Basic + VDA ie 4400.00 + 2934.75 = 8,463.17
Payment liabilities for unskilled labours would be Basic + VDA ie 3900.00 + 2934.75 = 7,886.25
PF
Bonus = 3500/12
HRA@ 5%
Gratuity@4.81%
Insurance@2.36%
Leave Wages for 21 days 6.73%
PPE charges
Additional allowance
ESIC 4.75%
Total Monthly Wage Paid
