Dear Baisware,
Since this is HR forum, this may not be the right forum to ask this question. You need to seek advice from some marketing expert.
Market is flooded with online shopping stores. Therefore, you need to do something that you makes to stand out in the crowd.
Thanks,

Dear Baisware,
Online grocery is now most common among e-commerce. The Particular Niche will be highly competitive to be ranked.
Have you tried other marketing methods like Media, FM ??
Personally, Aim of Online grocery is to make the customers work simple. Why don't you try to make it much more simpler. Try for creating a mobile app and share it. Since it is emerging recently, It may attract customers.
Thanks

Dear Baisware,
Your venture is one among the many.
How does a customer differentiate?
Customer is only interested in ordering and getting timely delivery and price discount if possible.
So look for ways you can differentiate your business from other E-Grocery retailers.
Probably a higher exposure in media, higher discount if you can afford, quicker delivery of items.
Wider range of items.
Every suggestion has its own downsides and additional costs.
Credit sales if feasible to known and identified customers.
Tie up with some cafes, hotels etc.
All the best in your venture.

Hello Baisware,
Like Dinesh Divekar mentioned, this is a HR Forum......so most of the memebrs would be related to HR or rather People Management issues.
Why not try Forums that focus on Startups?
You can try Founderdating.com.........but this is a global Forum. So not sure if you can get solutions focused to your geographical area. But you are sure to get a wide range of suggestions.
Why not google to find Forums in India & you can take their help? Though frankly, I am yet to find any specific Indian Forum that 'gives' without holding back.....like CiteHR in HR area.
All the Best.
