Bu last 3 months I am absconded. And now employer call me and threats me for money .If I am not paying money they will take legal action on me.

You should have put this query before you absconded.

Did the company give you any specialised training?

What was the nature of training? What does your offer/appointment letter speak of job profile? You need to handle this carefully or you may face legal problems.

I feel whatever the training would have been during your initial period, absconding from work/ not answering calls is not an answer.
Remember original documents are with the company.
It is always better to close the issue by meeting in person and closing the dues whatsoever.
Legal action is always an option for them.

Can you pl elaborate on these lines you mentioned "But problm is before intervew which was they are commited after joining their was hell and haven differnce" AND "And i have voice clip how to they are give me pressure for leave the job"?
Not clear what are you trying to convey.
However, you mentioned that the Training was about the Company's Products. Obviously this would be some level of specialized training. And for such Trainings, Bonds are legal & viable.
Like Nathrao mentioned, you should have asked BEFORE absconding.
But I find one thing/aspect a bit odd in your Posting.......you seem to focusing ONLY on the money you are being asked to pay & nothing reg the Originals you gave them.......presuming they are still with the Company.
And incidentally, taking Originals by any Company is illegal.
