It is not the right way of storing. The best thing you can do is, please refer the MSDS of those thinners. There must be specific storage instructions contained in the MSDS.
In generic its normally suggesting to keep under a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Please check your MSDS and follow the guidelines in it.

Inflatable liquids can not be kept in the open where there is direct sunlight.
Therefore it is necessary to move it to a shaded place (cool and dry with adequate ventilation)
Also you need to check the explosives act to see if the quantity you are holding is higher than allowed without license.
