Dear Sanchii,

I appreciate your learning attitude. You may not get immediate rewards of learning, but you will get the rewards surely.

There are 'n' number of videos of Youtube. You can learn business etiquette, listening skills, questioning skills, negotiations skills, interpersonal skills by watching the videos. Lot of material is available on these subjects on net. Whatever type of job you do, all these skills are essential for one's professional growth.

Now you are not a student. You are a professional. Therefore, this time your reading will be from professional point of view. As you start reading the chapter after chapter, you need to recollect the instances happened in the past employment and find out can you related it to theory of communication, theory of motivation, theory of leadership and so on. Many MBAs fail because they fail to establish relationship between what's happening around the the theory that they had/have learnt.

Have you done MBA? If yes, then it is time for you to refer book(s) on Organisation Behaviour. If you are not MBA then you may buy any book on "Organisation Behaviour". No need to buy brand new book. Even a second hand will do. In addition to this, you may read the following books:

a) 7 Habits of Highly Effectively People by Stephen Covey

b) You can win by Shiv Khera

c) What Got You Here, Will Not Get You There by Marshall Goldsmith

All the best!
