Dear All,
Greetings !!!
I am working as Regional Manager with Service provider company for Visual Merchandising.
We are providing this service in pan India, we do have always opening for non skill employees for the position of Visual Merchandiser. For this position min. qualification required 10th / 12th under graduate.
As per company previous experience giving add in local news paper is not that much working. TAT to replacement is very low. Such candidates not available on job portals and my company is not ready to take help of local manpower service providers/ consultants. Pressure from client to whom we are providing this service is very high. Though I have very low attrition (2%) it is very difficult for me to keep updated pipeline of candidates.
I am facing this problem mainly in Surat, Raipur, Bhopal, Jabalpur.
Can anyone suggest me the right way to manage this all.

Dear Rupesh,
You may visit each of this place and organise brainstorming session with the VMs hired by you. They may give better ideas on from where to procure the candidates. Tell them that they will be paid some referral allowance.
At Bangalore I find that at many Pizza outlets, boards or banners for manpower requirement. Can you do this? Check with the client.
Go to schools and colleges and put up notice for your manpower requirement.
Thanks,
