Rashmi M Patil - None. Skills and aptitude are far more important than the brand of a school or college or university. And Distance Learning holds no value in relation to the job hunt effort. Nor does it allow you to ask for a raise or be considered for a role outside of your current domain.
On a practical note, it's better to invest in a full time MBA to take advantage of the alumni/peer group network that waste time on a part-time MBA program.

Both are not a good option.
First, ICFAI is not authorised to offer courses in distance mode and the quality of overall education is poor.
Symbiosis is not a university and does not offer MBA, the programmes are offered through SCDL and they are just diplomas
You may opt following institute instead
BITS Pilani MBA (Work integrated Learning Programme)- it does not have UGC DEB and AICTE approval, but the course contents are very good. It is good if you are not looking to opt government jobs including teaching. It is bit costly too.
Other option is Pondicherry University which is cost effective, available online and a reputed one as it is a central university.
You may also look for Bharati Vidyapeeth or D Y Patil.
As far as MBA concern, you should always opt an executive or a part time MBA from reputed institute over a distance education.

DE MBA is not valued much in India due to mindset. ICFAI's full time courses are very good. Provided you do it from IBS which is ICFAI Business School. DE courses have a lot of gaps. Symbi's courseware is good. If you are running short of time then DE makes sense. Try WeSchool, SIES, NMIMS, SP Jain, ITM in Mumbai. Batchmates offer a lot of learning too.
