Dear Manu,
Budget for recruitment and employee would vary depending various parameters. Your recruitment budget will depend on manpower attrition level, whether diversification planned into new businesses, likelihood of introduction of new products etc.

Hi Mr. Dinesh,
Thanks a lot for your prompt response, what if i tell you the man power plan for 2015-2016 is say 130 and the company do not have any history of Recruitment Budget as such, then how is that you would make the budget.
