I came to know from various sources that a recruiter takes only 7 seconds to shortlist a resume. is it correct? if so, what is logic behind this kind of selection. and if a person is to be selected on the basis of this funda what is fault of a person, experienced and without a good resume. please help and send me a copy of such resume for Manager HR.
