Hello All
Hope you must be busying in rating your assets - your workforce. Busy in meetings and discussions with line managers and supervisors. It is the general trend that 1st quarters are more busier than any other quarter during the year. Your people have renewed zeal and energy, new faces to join you in accomplishing your business goals and fresh business plans and objectives to achieve for the coming year.
I am sure in most of the companies employees have done there self assessments and we are at the stage where managers, supervisors are busy in reviewing their performances.
If you have any information, knowledge pertaining to performance appraisals, merit ratings etc this is the right time to exchange & share knowledge
Cheers

Dear Mr Sajid Rasheed,
Exchange of information, whether on Performance Appraisal or otherwise is always laudable. This is quintessence of this forum. However, while raising the post itself you could have shared some information/knowledge from your side. Why not to take first step and encourage others?
Thanks,
