Hello, I am writing this question to understand if there is any effective solution that anyone can kindly give to me. The problem is as follows:-
I passed my b.tech in 2008 and had secured above 60% all through out. I was recruited in one of the top MNC's from campus but was asked to go back due to recession after a period of 4 months. I had updated this experience in my resume but I felt that this is taken somewhat negatively in the market so I dropped it.
Regaining from this shock I again got into a small startup in 2009 and worked for 9 months but they did not pay me for the last 6 months so I had to quit in mid 2010 and they did not provide me any documents as such, as a result I do not have any proper documents for that and I cannot show this in my resume.
After that I prepared for CAT and got into a college for MBA in Aug 2011. I passed MBA in Aug 2013 but unfortunately was not placed from campus. In sept 2013 I again joined another small company and quit recently on 3rd sept 2014. I quit this job mainly because I want to get into analytics and have been doing a course in analytics for the past 4 months, more 2 months are left to complete.
Now the problem is that, I cannot show any experience from 2008 to aug 2011 ie almost 3 years. On the positive side this present company had appreciated my hard work and even the director of the company said that I can give his reference if required.
Now, this analytics course placement officer says me that it might be hard to place me as I have almost 3 years gap after my graduation.
Also I am thinking that I have left this job to effectively complete this course and at the same time sit for some certification exams which is not possible if I am working.
Now I want to know if there is any idea to cover up this time between 2008 to 2011 or should I go for a fake experience.
Please don't suggest me it is unethical to fake experience as I had tried to avoid faking for the last 6 years and faced a lot of unethical things from companies itself. I have more than 8 laks of loan on me and I need to do something quickly. Therefore, rather than asking me to be ethical please suggest me a way to fake effectively or some good cover up.

I see no reason in your profile to fake anything.
And it is always better to be on the right side of things. This may be of interest :

The reason for which I am thinking to fake is that i have invested 1.5 lakh on this course and the placement officer is saying that it is hard to place me as I have 3 years gap.
On the other hand I have so much burden on me for the loan that I need to get placed from this as soon as possible at a good salary so that I can start repaying the loan. Also I cannot depend on my family for supporting me as my dad has already.

Did the placement officer / Institute GUARANTEE you a job when you undertook this course ? I think not.
Showing valid work experience is always better than showing a gap.
Private Eduction is a business like any other. And vigorous sales is done - to the extent even misleading advertisements are placed in the Media. As in any case, it is Buyer Beware !
In any case- and this is my personal opinion - your career is your responsibility, no one else's. So you have to make efforts accordingly.
As a suggestion - you could ask the Placement Officer for students placed by him in different companies in the past and approach such companies either directly or via such students. Am sure it'd be a starting point.

Hello,
It is better not to fake first.
Second you must select one domin and get your qualification accordingly and search job after that.
Now and than if you change the domin it will lead you in wrong dirction.
You need not to fake, make a part of your CV and just write it what ever experiance you got. Every were it not neccessary that you must have experiance certificate.
