we are face the in our organization Union Dispute, workers demanded Rs.60 for 8 hrs increment but management payabale only Rs.30 for 8 hrs due to suffering from COVID-19,
So Management are liable for Workers demanded Rs.60 for 8 hrs increment and its our (Worerks) right for increment
