Dear Seniors,
Greetings Of The Day!
One of ma friend is worked for company 1.8 Yrs as in generalist profile. She left the organisation in October 2013 for her marriage purpose and got shifted to different city. She completed all the formalities while leaving organisation. She is having all the documents with her. Now she is looking for job again. But her previous organisation dissolved last month i.e May 2014. It is no more, any of the number, website and mails are not working.
She was getting salary in cash so she is having salary certificates. How can she proves the other company that her experience is genuine how to overcome this problem?
Does other companies accept her point and situation? She want to apply for MNC, can she expand her career to the MNC with such situations?
Kindly help friend and seniors..
Waiting for your valuable judgement....

Dear Manjiri
As per my knowledge, the documents required to prove one's work experience are as follows:
1. appointment letter
2. relieving letter
3. experience certificate
4. salary slip/certificate for last 3 months salary drawn
If your friend has the above mentioned documents, I don't think she will have any issue applying for a new job in any company.
Best Regards

Dear Manjiri,
As per the details provided by you, If your friend has got all the certificates issued by her last organization, then there should not a problem for her to prove her employment at the time of the interview.
As far as reference check is concerned, your friend can provide the contact numbers (mobile numbers) of her reporting boss and / or the cellular number of any of her colleague. If the details (cellular numbers of her last boss and her colleague) provided by her are valid and authenticated, then I don't think that the hiring company should have any valid reason to reject her application.
