Dear Seniors,

we have got an opportunity to supply different categories of employees for a manufacturing company, the contract tenure is for 3 years, the category of manpower to be supplied as follows:

1.Unskilled ( Office boy, House keeping, loading and unloading, sanitary services etc...)

2.Semi Skilled (Lab samplers, pest control services, electrician, plumber etc..)

3.Skilled (Lab assistant, materiel and logistic coordinators, ware house supervisors, etc..)

4. Office staff ( Admin assistant, Accounts officer, legal adviser etc... )

How we can treat the above manpower, as contract employees or employee out sourcing.

Can we issue the same kind of appointment letter(contract basis ) for all the categories of employees for 3 years contract and as per the appointment letter format the service of the employee will be terminated or not at the end of the contract.

In case if the employee commits a mistake or damage client goods or properties (incidentally) and if the value is higher side which cant be recovered from the employee what we need to do, to prevent this kind of situations and to alert employees what procedure we need follow ,

shall we need to follow any other kind of procedure for the above . please advise.
