Hi,
I have started working in a Training company from April 2014. Done a Boot camp for one Month. After 1.5 Month include Boot camp I resign from my duties by giving one month notice period to my company due to some personal reason.
2 days after resigning they have call me for meeting and told me to pay the amount which they have invested on me. Or work till they get there Return on Investments.
As per my Offer letter, I need to serve one month notice period during probation
And in my Appointment letter there is written that in probation period I can resign or termination by either by any side or by Employee or Employer.
And nothing else is written on paying the amount which they have invested on me in my appointment letter.
Please help me out on this and suggest me the way how I can resolve this issue and get relived from my duties.

Dear Yogendra,
Have you signed any agreement / bond with your employer?
Is there any clause mentioned in your appointment letter regarding leaving within 1 year or 6 months, then you need to pay 1 month salary?
If you have signed an agreement / bond with your employer, then there will be a clause which will state the validity of the agreement / bond and the liquidity damage you need to pay if you do not serve.
Also, if none of the above questions implies on you, then I suggest that you can go and talk to the HR and negotiate the ROI or discuss on a common platform and try to come to a common conclusion.

Dear Yogendra ,
You stated you have personal reason to leave. Would you be able to share what it is?
Your situation looks pretty clear.
Please send them a registered letter stating the end to your service. Since you didn't sign any document, you are not bounded by any clause. What they have informed you recently, wasn't signed in when you joined them.
On the other hand, on humanitarian grounds, as a business, if they made any investment on you, try and pay it off. Your employer is equally human and cant take the jolt.
If you have genuine reasons to leave, find out what is the best way you can help them out and pay them off. If not at least help them find someone who take deliver on what they need.
I am making assumptions and suggesting you. I am sure you have a better view to what the situation is and will find the best way out!
All the best !

In that case, draft a letter stating your resignation and the fact that you need to be released at the earliest .
Get an expert to proof read the letter. Attach the medical certificate and send it to them as a registered letter.
There is nothing they can do legally beyond this.
Wish you all the best !
