As per labour law in India is it mandatory to drop women employee after 8 pm in IT sector ?
My wife has recently shifted to noida after her marriage her office is in gurgaon , her employers are not giving her drop facility even though her shift timings ends @9 pm
It is highly unsafe for women in such a region , can we do anything about it ?

It is not mandatory but I can say it is the responsibility of the Employer. The law enforcement agencies have advised all the employers to provide transport facilities to the women employees who are going late.
