Dear Sir,
Yet I had received of Rs.343/- per day. I am a graduate computer clerk, as per revised minimum waged in Delhi "graduate and above" will be paid of Rs.435/- per day. Now I am confused how many Rs. Will be received from April 2014 to me because my last salary was received in semi skilled grade. Please be guided, How much salary will be received to me Rs. 435/- per day or Rs.363/- per day.

Dear Sir,
I am a graduate computer clerk i am working last 6yrs in the same company & same post. Last salary i have received in (mar14) semi-skilled grade. as per new circular of minimum wages eff. from 1st April 2014 a new grade add. for clerical & non technical supervisory staff but i don't understand i will come under which grade "semi-skilled or clerical & non technical supervisory staff. if i will come under semi-skilled i have received Rs.363/- per day & if i will come under clerical & non technical supervisory staff i have received Rs. 435/- per day.
i was asked in my company and that was said to me i will come under semi-skilled grade and will pay the salary of the same grade. Please be guide
