Actuality recently i got selected in a MNC in Pune and they follow strong background checking policy. According to him my previous employer was a Fake/ Blacklisted Company by Nasscom, but this is not true. I've worked there for more than 2 years and I'm having all the required documents, Salary Slips, Bank Statements etc. I discussed this with my previous employer also. They have closed their operations now but they are ready to provide any document required for verification. Now I don't know how to proceed further. I don't wanna loose this opportunity. Please suggest me the ways to solve this issue.

Well you can talk to your current employer and explain them your situation. You can share your unawareness with them. Since you have all the document I don't think so there should be any problem. Also since your past employer has closed their operations you can seek your reporting manager's help also. You can request your reporting manager (in past organisation) to give the verification.
Hope it helps...

Dont worry too much. They are losing an honest dedicated employee over a process issue. You will find a better organization.

Dear Avinash,
If the employer closed down, thats none of your fault. If your future prospective employer measure you in such parameters, you better loose them.
In your forthcoming interviews when you mention this ex-employer, do share that they closed down and proof of their operations while you work with them.
Do your bit and avoid chasing the employer trusting heresy .
Wish you all the best !
