Your question is not specific and you have not disclosed where your Establishments are located in India. It is advisable to state name of States from where your organisation is working. It is applicable in many Sates as one of my colleague mentioned in response to your query.
As far as West Bengal is concerned, LWF is applicable in case of Factory and Establishment, having employed 10 or more employees.
Contribution is payable in every six month i.e, Jan to Jun by 15th July & July to Dec by 15 Jan. Half yearly contribution will be deposited @ per employee - Employee contribution Rs 3/ only and employer contribution Rs 6/ only , Total Rs 9/. Half yearly return in Form- D needs to be submitted with contribution.
