It is not possible to send you the Calculation Excel template for Salary. There are lot of permitations & combinations.
If possible send the monthly salary details for the financial year. Then lot of members can help you.

Income Tax calculations on Salary for Employees\' / workers drawing above Rs.2.00 per annum is taxable and is changing almost every year after the budget applicable in the relevent financial year and are quite complex calculations / exemption but are not difficult, therefore let it be with the Company\'s / firm\'s account staff to facilitate smooth working.
