Hi friends,
One of my clients is a private security guards company. They are of providing security guards to various type of industries. They are employing around 1200 security guards. The reputed organisations situated in Mumbai, Banglore, Pune and Nashik are availing their security guards' services. The said private security guards company is in process of preparing a "Business Continuity Plan." May I request the fraternity to share a "Business Continuity Plan of any Private Security Guards company? Kindly guide me in this regard. Regards.

Dear Bapu Pingale,
The preparation of the "business plan" or "business continuity plan", requires a lot of expertise. It requires a threadbare understanding of the various functions of management science. That is why the experts provide the paid services.
While you can download the free web resources available on the internet, it requires expertise to understand what content can be retained and what needs to be deleted.
Those who have studied the industry and also the requirements of their client and then prepared the business plan, why they will share their work free of cost? Therefore, I recommend you hire a paid consultant.
By the way, the general observation is that most of the time you wish others to provide you free content. But then help is not a one-way street. As a corollary, have you given any help to anyone since you became a member of this forum five years ago?
Thanks,
