talent acquisition mail box I had received an email on 14th of November regarding the offer for acceptance after the interview I had given on 11th of November in NOIDA and the interview HR was Karan and Anchal they sent me for the final round. And at that time we were four people those who cleared all the round including me and the manager for the final round was Natraj from the Accounts Payable and we all gave the interview. And then we all went back to the home, and after that on 14th of Nov we received the offer for acceptance including me and the another girl who gave thier interview with me. And the mail says that please send the documents as mentioned below like birth certificate and resignation from the current employer and in the Note written as send the documents till 14 so on another day I resigned from the current employer. And after that I didn\'t get any kind of communication from their side but I checked with the karan by my friend who is working with Aon Hewitt name is Nikhil Aggarwal and he confirmed with the karan that I am shortlisted for this post of AP in finance and he said that karan saying that by the end of the last week they will send my offer letter on my email id. And Today itself they called me up and said that who told you to resign and this is the last conversion we are doing and say bye and then hang up my call . And said that they hired me in buffer now they don\'t have job.

Well it is not technically correct to resign before getting the offer letter in hand. I have seen incident even ,when the employer has denied to take in after giving the offer letter!
So you need to have email confirmation about the offer letter along with salary break up and email acceptance should be made from both side, and also you need to have the email where the future employer is asking you to resign from your existing job.
Try withdrawing your resignation from your existing employer before you proceed with any legal steps,

Dear Sunnytank
What is current status with your company ??
Have you been given your F&F settlements ??
It was naive of you to resign before getting a written offer in hand.
If there is still a chance; request for withdrawal of your resignation and continue your employment with your company.
Warm regards.

Thanks for your post but i have already resigned. And now I think I did a big mistake to believe on them. Yeah I left my previous organisation. In December.
