Dear Vishnu ,
Allocation of Two accounts in EPF and EPS is not possible by mistake in your company might allocate the 2 numbers. you can contact EPF office EDP section and compile the 2 accounts into 1 account and all the funds has to be transferred to one account . And then you can proceed for Claiming. These changes can be done through only by Authorized person from the HR dept.

You have to fill up Form No. 13 and get the same transferred to the existing number.

Just walk-in to PF dept and tell the same and obtain the relevant correct forms they give and better to close one account permanently then see / assure yourself every month that the retained number deduction is correctly posted by your HR.
