Excuse me some grammatical error in above subject. fact is that- The Nursing school is under control of Mahanandi Coalfields Management. the Company did not interested to posting of permanent staff in his hospital. in the low cost he want to manage his hospital. so the the company in the backdoor method deploying fresh pass out student in a low cost. indirectly the company insisting the illegal method over the nursing school. I was contact the Indian Nursing Council for solution of the student. council cleared that it is illegal, no body can held pass certificate of pass out student. but I want Knew that, is that a crime.. ? if yes please give me what type of Crime...?
