Dear sir,
My company work is in andra pradesh contractor from tamilnadu. he was called TN competent person for inspection of lifting equipments.Tamilnadu government competent person issued load test certificate .it is valid in AP or not.

Dear Kumar,
If the work is going on in Andhra Pradesh (AP) then ideally certifying agency also should have been from AP. Test of legal validity of the certificate comes in case of accident.
The best thing for you is to take the photocopy of the certificate and show it to labour officer of your area. Ask him validity. If he does not approve the certificate issued by agency in TN then apply for fresh certificate from agency in AP.
