They have nothing to do with cheuqe cleared date, they only consider at which date you have deposited your cheque in any branch of SBI where this facility is available.

Hi, PF authorities should not think about your cheque clearance date, they consider challan clearance data and amount transferred to EPF account date only... Srinivas B

Can attach the Xerox copy of challans and prepare excel sheet mention month wise challan submission date i.e stamp date of the bank.
Prepare a draft/ covering letter and submit to your client .
This would be enough for clearing the compliance.

1) Two stamps are affixed by the bank on EPF deposit challan .our client’s wants to know with proof, the reasons for affixing two stamps with different dates on the EPF challan?
2) The client wants to confirm the date from which delay of depositing is to be calculated as per the rules of EPFO, that is on the 1st date or 2nd date affixed on the EPF Challan?
