Hi, I am having 2 days of overlap in the job for which I had informed both employer and none of them are helping me. I approached the EPFO office since my PF is stock.
The PF officer asked me to get the date changed by either company and then only I can apply for PF transfer. I intimated the same to them but still, both employers are providing their reason for which it cannot be done. Can anyone provide me any solution? Will sending mail to PF commissioner will help me or it might put me in another trouble?
Thanks

Dear Friends,
It is not a fault of EPFO. How the the EPFO help you?
How the queriest Shubham-Sureka joined another employment when he is not relieved by his earlier employer?
The queriest has to make a humble request one by one to his both the employer to differ the date of his leaving / date of joining. Generally no one will be ready to take any risk of differing the date as suggested. Still try you luck.
Recently EPFO has permitted to change the date of joining and leaving by the member. This great loophole in the system can be come to your rescue.
