I Sangeeta Singh, working in Real Estate company as HR Officer. Now i have to prepare Salary Annexure & Salary Slip for Manager Level with CTC - 4,20,000.
Please help me... I want to learn norms of DA, Education Allowance, Gratuity, Superannuation and LTA.

Statutory Contributions can not be shown in CTC and another thing is if it is CTC Employer Contribution in total alongwith PF Admin Exp. it will be 13.61.
Kindly Correct me.

Structuring salaries is an very difficult process that every HR manager has to go through.
