Dear Prashant Ingawale,
Statutory Contributions can not be shown in CTC and another thing is if it is CTC Employer Contribution in total alongwith PF Admin Exp. it will be 13.61.
Kindly Correct me.

Structuring salaries is an very difficult process that every HR manager has to go through.
HR managers that i know are uninformed about the technical aspects of the salary structures .
