Hi,
To help you answer your question, I will first ask you one.
Is the Office Boy not an employee?
If not then he must be a self-employed contractor, therefore the leave policy cannot apply.
If so then the policy is the same .... surely?!!
Regards,
Harsh

I second Mr Harsh Shukla, if the office boy is on the Company Roll then he is the employee then why the discrimination. The question of Leave Policy arise if he is not on payroll but on contract i.e. third party payroll

You can make different policies for office boys, for example, if they have different working hours or if they don't get late deductions like other employees. Or they don't mark attendance like other employees.

The condition is that you do not discriminate against office boys and make a fair policy that follows the same standard as others.
