I have 7+ years of experience, 3 weeks back i have joined an Software MNC in Chennai.
I am assigned to an project where i am not comfortable and when i asked for release, i was told its not possible by HR and PM.
One of HR says,Since, i am hired project specific, release from company will be only done if i stress more. But, there is no probation period as per offer letter. I would like to know below ::
1. How can this happen ?? Since as per company policy have to complete 90 days notice as per offer letter. In case of mutual understanding, can't i get release from project only ? Can company ask me to Resign with immediate effect ?
2. Even if further, they say me to leave, will i get proper reveling letter and salary for the working days ? Will the employer have the right to hold my salary?
3. How to get properly resign instead of escaping from company in say 10 days notice period and get the salary for working days.
4. will this affect my future job carrier in other Software MNC

Please let us know whether you are capable of doing/completing the project or you are capable but is not comfortable with the situations, this is required to be known because you have been hired for a specific project.
In your first query you mentioned that you have to complete 90 days notice period, is this notice period for probation too or after confirmation please clarify. As you mentioned that in case of mutual understanding will you be released from the project or termination, which depends upon your Project Manager/Reporting Manager who will justify your skill for any other projects. But since you are being hired for a specific project chances of releasing from the project only is very low.
For your second query, it depends upon the project you have handled within 3 weeks of joining
For your third query please sit with your HR and the Reporting/Project Manager and sort it out across the table
For your Last and fourth query again it depends upon the New Employers Background Verification Team
