It is nothing but anarchism. This policy of suppressing employees and depriving their rights is not healthy for the organisation in the long run. pon

Greetings,
As requested by Babu, please share what have happened? I second pon1965, the statement is not judicial. Please share what is the over all condition at your work and more about the work allocation.
Leaves are a benefit to the employee. You are eligible for it on a pro-rated basis. Yet , if you have received this reply, please share the background to it.

Dear All
In first hand it look like unfair, but unless we know the situation cant comment on it, in my view a productive employee will never asked to leave like this. We dont know what is in that Boss mind or what is behavior, how many years(month) he/she worked, what is the achievement and learning skills.

There could be situations, when the employer cannot grant leave to employee, in these situations the termination word is used for threatening / making the employee understand how serious the situation is.

Dear Ms. Anjna
How can your boss deprive an employee from availing his legal benefits? Such statement is NEGATIVE and ILLEGAL. Its a kind of dictatorship statement. Again, it may be an example of a BAD BOSS who doesn't understand his employees or employees may be taking wrong advantage of a GOOD BOSS.
Do mind if you can give us the EXACT PICTURE. LEAVE - CL/EL/ML/LOP?
Mr. Saleem, irrespective of the situation, an employer cannot threaten employee to RESIGN. There are alternatives for solutions(organisational) to be managed but, there are NO ALTERNATIVES for EMPLOYEE(there might be so many problems/issues where, employees wish to avail legal leave) RIGHTS.
With profound regards

As recommened ealier please by other teams write us breifly what exactly is your designation.
It might happen that if your in the probation period then the managment has full rigts to terminate your service but as far as confirmation peiod is concenrn i think then you need to check the company policices and procedures.
And if the policies are not in place then talk to your Director OR the concern team.Check if any such earlier incident occurred.
If you find some sort of harassment then i would suggest you that before they terminate you ,you should not continue with such organization.

Hi,
I agree with (Cite Contribution)'s words...
Dear,
I don't know what others do to this situation but if i would at your place i would have put down my paper immediately becoz the way he has responded shows that i am not productive or i don't have my own self esteem.
Please don't take our words into wrong impression, think why we are saying this..
Love your self esteem, don't be emotional on floor, own attitude and fight for your rights only if you done rights things.
Quit arrogant company, come outside and see thousand's of companies needs your support....
