Dear All,
Can u please give a solution for this regards;
I am from startup company. Our employee met an accidents on last week and compulsory he will advice to take bed rest for one month. my question is
how can i generate salary for those days? and company allotted only 10 days ML for every employees.
Can i will make a LOP for those days or any other compensation need to give?
Can anyone help me out........................

Dear Arun,
You have not mentioned, if the accident was while on duty or not. If the accident was while on duty, then you can adjust the leaves as Special Leave and pay the entire salary, as it was an accident in the line of duty.
secondly if the same is not while on duty and the injury is really grave, then you can adjust his other leaves with the medical leaves, while keeping both the employee and his boss in loop as a special case.
