Dear Friend,
Recruitment process starts from the moment a vacancy is identified or created. For new vacancy one needs to make the job analysis which includes job specification and job description. Sometime even identifying and setting the basis for the vacancy is tough. Like in a newly formed office or in a new garment shop how many employees should to be appointed.
Therefore in simple terms Recruitment is a process of having the right person, in the right place, at the right time and at the right price. It is essential for performance of Organisation and also a critical activity.
