Dear,
If you have factory and Corporate office at one location, then no need to go for Shop Act Licences, and your location if not comes in Municipality are or corporation area then the NOC from Grampanchayat is required. then you have to maintain all Registers Under factory Act i.e. OT Register, Leave Register, Attendance Muster, Adult and Child labour register, Medical fitness Register, etc

Dear Mahikichcha,

As you are fresher in the profession so have need to learn the act of State as well Factory act. After getting basic knowledge you have to maintain all register related to Factory Act that is Muster roll, Adult worker register, Leave with wages register, National Festival and State Holidays Register, Lime Washing Register, Inspection Register.

Under Minimum Wages Act you have to maintain wages paid register and fine register.

Under Bonus act Form C & D.

Abstract under Maternity Act, Payment of Wages act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Factory Act at main entrance.

2) Go through the policy of the company regarding Discipline, Advance, Tour, Leave, Canteen, Guest etc. this will help you in routine activity and you have no need to ask to anybody.

3) For Disciplainary Action go through the Standing Order if any if not than suggest your management to create. This will help you to know the definition of misconduct and action thereunder.

Hope above will help you in your new job. All the very best.

First, check whether the factory license and approved plans cover the area that you are using as an office. If it is included, then you have to keep all records under factory act as a part I'd the factory. All rules including work time will apply
If the corporate office part is excluded from the factory drawing, then you will need to keep the registers under shop and establishment act.
