I think the first slide was in Hindi and definitely people from south could not comprehend it ! why dont you explain it in pure English ?

actually i have reproduced the words of rocket singh, salesman of the year, what he says about business..this means in English...
Business is not a great strategy..
Business in not cleverness..
Business is people (customers)..
If your customers are happy with you, your business goes up automatically..
By thinking about numbers number never go up...Think about your customers...satisfy your customers...provide more than their expectation...your business will go up more than you expect.
I hope this is now clear to my friends from south.

Amar Bir Singh

Dear Amarji,
I have gone through the above mentioned posts, it is useful and tailormade from my job point of view. It has clarified most of the things which we used to just hear during our meetings.
Kindly suggest more post which contains-
1) Joint work,
2) Planning of sales objectives,
3) Implementaion of stragies,
4) Feedbacks,
Please advise for the needful.
With Regards,
-Parvez.
