Hi Sneha,
Experience is non trainable. It has to be acquired.
I would suggest, take up the opportunity. I am sure the company did not offer you a job just like that. They must have evaluated your profile to the fullest and after understanding your capabilities and learning skills, they have offered you the role. Be positive and optimistic.
I am sure you can do it. Set up an example for the others.
Finally, challenge is the only thing, which will take you to the heights and prove your abilities.

Hi Sneha,
I will just say - you have good exposure dude otherwise yiu have been asking these questions at some where else.
Like the above commentator i will say same thing.. Go and make it possible. No one is born with practical exposure. Do not waste time ... Go ahead and if felt need...nice people ate here to guide you.

Hi Sneha,
A company will select a candidate only after assessing his/her capabilities, knowledge and willingness to learn. You must have excelled in the job interview and hence they have selected you.
As regards handing over of the job responsibilities please ensure that there is a proper handing over and taking over and it is documented and signe by both the parties (i.e. the outgoing employee and incoming employee).
All the best.
Regards,
Bobby

Everybody learns through experience and hence you are no exception. You should remember life is a challenge and you sfould accept it.After working for some periods, you shall acquire expertise on the subject.
In this connection,I would advice you to kindly go through the ICSI Newsletter. It contains guidelines regarding actions to be taken every month to comply with the statutes.
