Dear Sir,
Could you please guide me about Birthday Policy
currently we celebrate birthday at the end of month of all employee whose birthday falls in same month.
But let me know it is necessary to bring seperate cake for each Birthday Guy if not then please let me know how to celebrate

Its not mandate to have a separate cake for each employee.
You can arrange a large cake, depending upon the no of employees present at the celebration time.
Best practice is to write names of all employees for whom you are celebrating the cake cutting.
