Employee induction to the new company culture is something he would be learning to understand inorder to adhere the policies which gains more perspective on his role and how he adds value to the company. Induction is meant for the company to its employees to differentiate itself from the competitors along with their ervices & products offered. An overview of company history, an organizational chart, HOD's & Top Executives (a small interactive sesion with them), an employee handbook detailing employee rights and perks offered by the company. The best employee also becomes the spokesman here to support the potency of the new joinees. Training ideas and videos is at par to the entrée.

What brings betterment of the company? How can the employee handle the customer satisfaction factors are also zist of the programs.

Whilst the internal corporate communication requires planning. Needs some formats that can be effectively accessible. It should always be transperant, timely and unwavering. The communication to employees, therefore, should be structured as whatever ha been communicated will help the senders to ensure that they have communicated well as the employee specifies to remember the information presented.
