I am working in a Tea manufacturing company , as an first HR of the organization I have been asked to design a performance appraisal system.Till date the increment used to take place as per managers wish.
---The company strength is 100 employees
---The average age of the employees 45
---Never faced an appraisal
---As per them , performance appraisal will no bring any change in the increment
Need your help guys in designing the system , kindly let me know how to design it, and if you can share the appraisal system for your organization.
